Terms of Use

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Vets Around is a multi-tenant software-as-a-service product for veterinary practice management, including scheduling, clinical records, billing, and administration tools. Features may vary by subscription plan and may change as we improve the product.

We may provide beta or preview features that are offered as-is and may be modified or withdrawn.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring users in your organization comply with these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risks, or non-payment, with notice where reasonable.

You may not misuse the Service, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with other users, uploading malware, scraping except as permitted by robots.txt, or using the Service in violation of law or third-party rights.

You are responsible for the content your organization enters into the Service and for obtaining any consents required for veterinary and personal data you process.

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing presented at signup or in your admin console. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in your order.

We may change prices for renewal terms with advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance for the next billing period.

We retain all rights in the Service, including software, branding, and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription for internal business purposes.

You retain rights in your organization's data. You grant us the rights necessary to host, back up, and process that data to provide the Service.

Each party may receive confidential information from the other. The receiving party will use reasonable care to protect it and use it only for purposes related to the Service, except as required by law.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

The Service is not a substitute for professional veterinary judgment or emergency care.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred euros if you use a free tier.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend the Service or your account as described in these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends; export and data handling will follow our documentation and applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Athens, Greece have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

We may modify these Terms. We will post updates on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
